"Yoga for Runners: How to Build Stability and Sufficient Mobility in Key Running Joints, and Avoid Injuries"

Weekly Classes

Fridays, 4:40pm to 5:25pm, Waltham YMCA (non-members welcome)

These are non-heated, Hatha Yoga/Vinyasa Flow classes. Each class will be tailored to the students.

Focus: build joint stability, create ideal range of motion in major muscle groups, learn breathing techniques to improve lung capacity, and explore focusing/meditation techniques.

Open to all levels.
