Step 2. Submit your Deposit or Full Payment on the Trip's webpage.
Step 3: Get our Confirmation Email* before you make any Air Flight arrangements. (In the unlikely event of trip cancellation, your full payment will be refunded.)
*Confirmation Email will be sent to you once we have a required minimum number of participants for the trip. The email contains the following:
1. Detailed Itinerary of your running tour
2. Recommended air travel to the destination
3. Recommended places to stay before the beginning of the trip
4. Tips for travelers
5. Suggested Packing List
6. Liability Release and our Policies that must be signed and returned to Running Treks
Please Note: Full payment is due 30 days before the start of your trip. Your payment is non-refundable within 30 days before the start of your Trip.
